Hatch is supporting Xero to find a great People Experience (PX) Systems and Insights Manager to join their People and Culture team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Xero.

**About the role at Xero**

You will play a key role, central to embedding a culture of data literacy and systems enablement within PX. You will develop, maintain and improve advocacy for data, analytics, insights and systems - ensuring PX is able to make informed evidence-based data driven decisions and that we have a future systems roadmap to support our long term PX operating model. You’ll do this by developing a strong understanding of business and PX needs through working with our key stakeholders and ensuring our systems, processes and data are aligned to our strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**
- HR Query Handling - Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies
- HR Analytics and Advisory - Record, track, and analyze human resource metrics to drive insights and recommendations for policies, processes, and systems
- HR Process Management and Improvement - Implement and improve HR policies, technology and initiatives

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
