**HR Systems and Data Analyst - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced HR Systems and Data Analyst based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to make a real impact in our People Experience team.

**Who are you?**

Process improvement is where you thrive Your role will be to ensure all People Experience related systems are working optimally, and support the accurate recording of all employee related information in the HRIS, Cornerstone (referred to as myDomain) to ensure accuracy in all downstream systems. You will Support system owners across People Experience to monitor all People Experience related systems and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

You’ll be reporting directly to the Reward Manager, but will also be the key point of contact for relationships with system vendors and partners, including Cornerstone (myDomain) enBoarder, Culture Amp and LinkedIn.

**You will have**:

- Experience administering HR Systems (experience managing Cornerstone ideal but other HRIS like SAP or Workday is okay)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns and inform end users of the ‘why’
- The ability to know what the stakeholder is ‘really’ asking and support with insight from the right data
- An understanding of HR functions including payroll & talent acquisition and the core processes these systems need to facilitate
- A strong process improvement mindset
- The ability to consult and engage effectively across multiple stakeholders / teams in the business
- Experience in providing regular/periodic reporting of data to key stakeholders, starting with core metrics and then expanding to identify trends and insights to enable data driven decision making

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with Cornerstone & Tableau
- Basic knowledge of reward/remuneration and/or people analytics
