**The Opportunity**

Our Kiteleys business is looking for a **Regional Manager**to join the (**South Coast)**based in **Bomaderry, NSW**. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

As the Regional Manager, you will be a member of the Kiteleys Leadership Team, reporting directly to the General Manager, and take the lead in driving safe, efficient, and effective site operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture, supporting your team to take ownership, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to long-term business success.

This role also involves contributing to strategic growth - monitoring market activity, identifying local opportunities, and working alongside the General Manager to strengthen our regional presence. You’ll help build strong connections with customers and partners while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining Kiteley’s reputation as a trusted provider of steel roofing solutions.

**What Will You Do?**

In this role you will:

- oversee daily site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and commercial performance
- support and guide your team to foster a culture of accountability, development, and teamwork
- manage subcontractors, trades, and support staff, ensuring safe, smooth, and compliant operations
- strengthen customer and partner relationships to support service excellence and regional growth
- collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional sites to share knowledge and drive improvement
- support strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to planning efforts

**More About You**

You will bring:

- experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally within construction or roofing
- strong understanding of safety practices, with a demonstrated commitment to creating safe work environments
- practical expertise and relevant licences in roof plumbing and installation
- a Work Cover induction card is preferred but not essential - support can be provided if needed
- hands-on experience managing safety on-site within a construction or trade-based setting
