**Site Supervisor - Nowra**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are responsible for day-to-day plant operation support to the site and remote operations team
- You will manage and ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and relevant industry standards
- Monitor, Alert and Assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations including shutdown and restart
- Supporting the planning, supervision and execution of maintenance activities
- You are responsible for the timely reporting of accurate data
- You will be handling and looking after controllable site costs
- Managing and dealing with contractors coming in and working on site
- You will be coordinating the work to achieve KPIs and annual plan objectives
- Ensuring the compliance of Process Safety & People Capability standards
- Supporting and suggesting activities required to ensure reliability and improvement of the plants
- Supporting the control of spare parts inventory within the plant

**What makes you great**
- You should have qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation
- Proven experience in a supervisory role looking after industrial operations and maintenance
- Experience in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation Industries
- You should have excellent communication and strong attention to detail
- Capable of utilising company business and safety systems
