Based in TeamKids HQ Braeside and reporting into our Head of People & Culture, this hands-on role is responsible for driving the recruitment function in business. Leading a small national team of talent acquisition specialists, you will be responsible for operational delivery and recruitment strategy. - Main responsibilities_ - Lead, support and develop the talent acquisition team - Deliver high volume recruitment in a fast paced, growing business - Support the execution of business strategy, goals & plans - Manage the recruitment budget and analyse trends - Provide management reporting and recommendations - Working on projects as part of the P&C team **About you** As a big kid at heart, you will display our values daily and bring your hardworking and fun nature to our team.
