**About the role**
We are very excited to be seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team.
Based in TeamKids HQ Braeside and reporting into our Head of People & Culture, this hands-on role is responsible for driving the recruitment function in business. Leading a small national team of talent acquisition specialists, you will be responsible for operational delivery and recruitment strategy.
- Main responsibilities_
- Lead, support and develop the talent acquisition team
- Deliver high volume recruitment in a fast paced, growing business
- Support the execution of business strategy, goals & plans
- Manage the recruitment budget and analyse trends
- Provide management reporting and recommendations
- Working on projects as part of the P&C team
**About you**

Ideally you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- OSHC or childcare/education sector experience
- A can-do and resilient personality and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with high attention to detail
- Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative personality
