**About the Opportunity**

ACE Body Corporate Management (ACE) has been engaged in strata community/body corporate management for almost 30 years, with 65,000 lots currently under management and responsibility for the management of properties and assets to the value of around $30 billion. ACE is a national Franchise network, with operations in every state and territory in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Leader to guide and support our franchisees to operate and grow their strata/body corporate management business. As the
**Executive**
**General Manager, ACE Body Corporate Management** you are integral to the overall success of the ACE Group.

In this role you will wear many hats and no day will be the same. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer of PICA Group, you be accountable for ACE head office financial performance and your responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing of a team of 5 direct reports
- Planning, coordinating and leading monthly Area Development Manager meetings with representatives from each state
- Overseeing the direct franchise affairs of Victoria, ACT, Tasmania and WA
- Assisting franchisees with both strata and business-related support, and assisting with new member induction and training
- Ensuring compliance across the network and conducting health checks to ensure that each franchisee is meeting legislative requirements
- Leading Business Development and Marketing to create content that supports existing franchisees and attracts new business
- Setting long term strategic goals for the franchisee network
- Plan and coordinate the biennial ACE National Conference, fostering long term relationships with industry supplier and key stakeholders

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, and work with franchisees who are passionate about their business. Your ability to lead by example and use your business savvy and networking skills to bring contacts, business opportunities and ideas will help our franchise network grow and ensure that ACE has a market-leading social media presence.

**About You**
The ideal person to join our team with have senior leadership experience working in a franchise network. Knowledge and experience in the strata or real estate/property industry will be advantageous but not essential. Your ability to set direction, lead and coach our franchise network to ensure that are positioned to deliver growth will make you successful in this role.
