Are you an experienced HR professional with a solid understanding of the SCHADS (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services) Award? We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resource Manager to join our team and help us manage, support, and guide our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead HR operations, with a focus on SCHADS Award compliance and interpretation.
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations, awards, and employee entitlements.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce development in line with SCHADS Award conditions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work closely with managers to resolve any HR-related issues and ensure staff are appropriately supported.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

About You:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally with a background in the SCHADS Award.
- Strong knowledge of the SCHADS Award, its classifications, entitlements, and pay scales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate industrial relations and compliance issues.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
