As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight local ingredients and seasonal offerings.
  • Manage and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws.
  • Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Plan and execute special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance guest experiences.

  • Build strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

    Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for food and beverage, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
