About the role
The People Business Partner is a trusted advisor and commercial partner. You will influence and coach leaders through advice, technical expertise and practical solutions. You will be a change champion and advocate for employee engagement.

Working in partnership with business leaders and employees, you will use your technical skills, competencies and knowledge to research, guide, mentor and coach. You will be able to provide options and solutions to people related matters that result in efficient and effective outcomes that demonstrate our passion for Culture as well as ensuring commercial viability.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience in a generalist human resources/people business partner position
- Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR specialities including learning & development, remuneration, industrial relations, recruitment, succession planning, resource planning and change management
- Strong knowledge of current employment legislation
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Experience in managing organisational change
- Experience working in a matrix reporting structure is desirable
- Australian Citizenship.
