- Role is offered as full time up up to 60 hours per fortnight

**Overview**

Key responsibilities and duties of the role below:

- Assist SMSF Manager with adding SMSF to job Flow & tracking of work status in and out of office.
- Assistance with client queries where possible.
- Communicating with Clients to obtain records for preparation of fund work.
- Sorting, Tracking and scanning of records coming into & out of the office.
- Support with setting up Feeds in BGL360 software for clients.
- Support with advice administration where appropriate.
- Assist SMSF Manager with forwarding info to auditor on completion of SMSF.
- Assist SMSF Manager with receiving audit docs once audit completed and forwarding to client.
- Collating the accounts and then either printing and binding the accounts / loading the accounts to Suite-Files for signature.
- Assisting SMSF Manager with receiving SMSF documents back from client and forwarding signed docs to auditor.
- BAS Document requests to clients.
- Collating BAS documents and submitting to client for signature.
- Opening Jobs - SMSF and BAS.
- Training - booking training and maintaining file.
- Lodging of ITR’s, TBAR and BAS’s for SMSF’s.
- Checking of outstanding lodgments.
- Lodging BAS’s quarterly.
