**About the Person**
You will be people-oriented, warm, friendly, proactive, and driven in delivering excellent customer service in person, and virtually. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail, can juggle multiple priorities, and have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Forwarding phone calls to relevant departments
- Greet & liaise with visitors & couriers
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office functions & manage office supplies
- Update & manage the CRM System
- Complete general administrative/reception duties & ad hoc tasks

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in a customer service, reception, or administrative role
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism and liaise with various stakeholders
- A high level of initiative and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite
