We seek an applicant who:
- Is an Australian citizen or Australian PR
- Possesses a qualification comparable to an AQF Diploma or higher
- Practical experience in an administrative role
- Excellent knowledge of software packages
- Ability to organize and control office functions and resources
- Is skilled in managing administrative systems
- Experience in supervising office personnel
The role on offer is a long-term position, and will sit within an established team, with long-term goals and new opportunities on the horizon.
Your tasks and duties in the kitchen will include:
- Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Allocating human resources, develop policies and make guidelines for the team to engage prospect clients
- Assigning work and monitoring work performance of staff
- Allocating space & equipment according to the needs of various departments.
- Training staff about how to avoid and how to handle complaints
- Develop policies facilitating and strengthening customer relations
- Develop or enforce policies along with other departments providing services at customers' desired levels
- Review current policies as to whether those are practically yielding the desired results
- Provide the necessary directions and feedback to team members, helping the team to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage records and accounts of the office.
- Manage, motivate and develop staff providing client services and building relationships with clients
- Liaise with other units of the organisation, service agents and clients to identify and respond to client expectations.
- Liaise with Professionals to co-ordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems.
- Coordinating employee-related activities, such as recruitment, promotions, performance reviews, payroll, training, and supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Making sure all work adheres to relevant government legislations, policies, and procedures.
- Co-ordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision.
You must have qualifications equivalent to AQF bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or a related field, with a major in management.
Pay: $86,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
