We are seeking a driven individual who is enthusiastic about training, developing, and leading a small sales team. As part of your weekly duties, you will collaborate closely with our Recruitment Officer and State Manager to assist in the hiring process. Your primary focus will be on training and developing a small group of door-to-door salespeople, guaranteeing that they achieve their daily targets. Additionally, you will supervise a team of installers who work with the sales team to meet installation targets.

$116,000 OTE + Superannuation + Fuel Allowance
- **Required**_**:

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales growth
- Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance and productivity
- Ensure that sales representatives follow established policies and procedures
- Monitor and report on sales team performance to senior management
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective sales support

- Previous experience in VEET/VEU, Fundraising, or other door-to-door sales
- Experience in sales management, preferably in a field sales role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven and customer-focused
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and work outside normal business hours when required
- Excellent time-management skills

Full driver’s license and reliable car required.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

**Experience**:

- door-to-door or direct sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Australian Driver's License (required)
