ADE Consulting Group is looking for an experienced administrator to provide project administration support.

**This is a 12-month fix term contract with a potential to extend.**

In this role you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to Project Managers in meeting our Work Health & Safety (WHS) and compliance requirements. Working in the Group Services team, the position requires a high level of attention to detail and customer service. By building strong working relationship with clients and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that all administrative aspects are achieved in a timely and required manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Understand WHS and compliance requirements for projects
- Organise training and medical appointments for project personnel
- Manage compliance records in databases
- Work with clients' compliance team to ensure all onboarding requirements are met
- Maintain training records, licences and qualifications
- Provide other administrative assistance to the Group Services team
- Comply with internal policy and procedures.

Skills and experience that may be required:

- Administrative experience in construction or engineering industry (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
