Expression of Interest
The purpose of the Manager, Program Delivery Office is to lead a program delivery support team in the provision of program delivery office functions, including secretariat services, dependency management, program and project performance management, including reporting requirements aligned to whole of government requirements. The role will manage the program delivery office processes and provide program and project management discipline advice to Senior Stakeholders and a team of project managers and support staff for the implementation large scale, complex IM/ICT initiatives.
About you
Demonstrated high level program/project management skills and the ability to design and implement plans and performance reporting leading to the delivery of successful programs/projects and effective management of risk.
Proven experience managing a program delivery office including the creation and improvement of key program artefacts
Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with senior management and a diverse range of stakeholders on complex and strategic issues, build effective client and stakeholder relationships in an environment of change.
Demonstrated success in providing leadership, management and motivation to a team with a strong focus on meeting outcomes, and in compliance with human resource policies.
