**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the Delivery Team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance our delivery processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of delivery, ensuring all programs meet or exceed stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Partnerships Team to fully understand the requirements of each partnership and ensure seamless execution.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address challenges and obstacles, implementing effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted program delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in leading program delivery teams within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
**Other Information**:
- Salary: TBC (Current Allocation is $100,000 to $140,000 inc super for a full time staff member depending on experience). We'll be hiring for a number of Program Coordinator roles as well for applicants who are super passionate but may not have the experience for this role as yet :)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
