
Manager Program Delivery

**Reporting to the Director, CCSO Program Delivery, the Manager Program Delivery is responsible for leading and managing the delivery and implementation of reform programs and associated projects across Community Corrections and Specialist Operations. This role will manage the ongoing governance, oversight, and reporting of the CCSO agenda as it relates to programs and projects.

Within the context of the role responsibilities described under 'About the role', the ideal applicant will be someone who can competitively demonstrate their knowledge, skills and experiences and their suitability against the Leadership competencies for Queensland (Team leader).
The essential requirements for this role are:
- Extensive experience in leading and managing projects, programs and initiatives in a large, complex, and highly regulated organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing activities to address recommendations from internal and external reviews.
- High level ability to manage and deliver business transformation and program delivery across a large and complex public sector organisation.
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and report data and project outcomes to support effective decision making.
- High level interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and negotiate with and influence others on sensitive and complex issues.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, program management or change management would be highly regarded.
