As a Product Lead at Zeller, you will take ownership of a mission-critical product stream, driving its execution and impact as we rapidly scale. With a dynamic portfolio of multiple products, this is a unique opportunity to build and deliver projects that redefine business banking.

You will be deeply embedded with engineering and design, translating complex technical challenges into simple, elegant products for our customers.

**Key responsibilities**:
- ** Product Vision & Strategy**:

- Own the product roadmap for your dedicated product stream, ensuring alignment with Zeller's broader strategic plan and commercial goals.
- Contribute to strategies for product-led growth by relentlessly focusing on user value and shipping impactful features within your domain.
- Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic thinking in the development of your product area.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes for prioritisation within your squad.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor movements to inform the evolution of your product.

Product Delivery & Execution**:

- Drive the end-to-end execution of your product roadmap, from initial discovery and technical validation through to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Embody a hands-on ‘player-coach’ mentality within your squad, rolling up your sleeves to work directly with engineering and design to solve complex technical and user experience challenges.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
- Translate complex customer needs into simple, elegant product solutions through clear requirements and user stories.
- Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform your roadmap.
- **
Product Leadership**:

- Mentor and guide other Product Managers through your expertise in product craft, acting as a role model for execution and raising the bar for the entire team.
- Champion a high-velocity culture within your squad, helping identify and unblock obstacles to ensure a consistent release cadence.
- Inspire and motivate your squad and stakeholders through clear communication of the product vision and the 'why' behind what you are building.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully shipping complex products in a high-growth, innovative environment.
- Strong experience in technical delivery and a history of working in the weeds with engineering teams to deploy innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working at a scale-up, thriving in a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to iterate a product over time via data analysis and user feedback.
- Ability to clearly design your product’s roadmap and articulate via collaboration and documentation how and when features evolve to ensure a consistent release schedule.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
