What will you do?
- Lead the development process for branded entertainment products from brief to delivery
- Oversee production pipelines, supplier relationships, and factory readiness
- Ensure products meet licensor approvals, IP guidelines, and quality standards
- Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple projects and regions
- Drive continuous improvement across product development and production processes
- Support and develop a team of product specialists and production staff
- Solve challenges quickly and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
What do you need?
- Proven experience in product development or production management
- Background in entertainment marketing, consumer products, licensing, FMCG, or related industries
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing critical paths and deadlines
- Knowledge of licensing, approvals, and compliance processes
- Experience working with suppliers, factories, and quality assurance standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
- Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and identify efficiencies
