An established health & wellness organisation is seeking an outstanding product and delivery professional to join them as they move through an exciting period of growth

About Them
They’re a health and wellness company on a mission to help people move more, live healthier, and create positive change in their lives. Their digital platform provides innovative fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness solutions to a highly engaged customer base.

About the Role
They’re looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional digital experiences, working closely with design, development, and marketing teams to scale the platform and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences across web and app platforms.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Champion user needs and data-driven decision-making to optimise engagement and retention.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

- 7+ years in product management, ideally in a DTC subscription or digital product environment.
- Proven success in launching products and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in Agile development and iterative product cycles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating meaningful user experiences.
