An exciting opportunity has opened for a positive and energetic individual to join our team at Osborne Autos as an Automotive Parts Interpreter.

The Role:

This role requires previous experience in a Parts/Warehouse environment and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work in conjunction with all internal departments with a team-first mentality.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Interpret, quote and sell parts to all customers with the aim of achieving maximum gross profit, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide product information to our customers
  • Understand and monitor effective spare parts processes, including inventory management
  • Work in conjunction with end customers and other departments to maximise Parts Sales opportunities
  • Duties will also include serving of front and back counter operations
  • Highly developed customer handling skills will be critical to success in this role
  • The successful candidate will require excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high quality customer service and comprehensive automotive industry experience
  • Pentana DMS experience is an advantage, but is not essential
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
