We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and team-motivated **Relationship Manager **to join our Schoolwear division.

As the Relationship Manager, you will be confident with the ability to manage school accounts in line with company directives and KPIs, working in collaboration with Account Managers, Stores, and Head Office teams.

In this role you will look after the **Central Coast **and **Newcastle, **travelling to meet with schools, and attend conferences and events to continue to build and strengthen relationships within your network.

**What you’ll do**:

- Work in collaboration with the Account Managers to service the needs of the schools and stores
- Meet with schools and procurement branches face-to-face
- Manage and draft new contracts
- Research and build new relationships with schools
- Attend conferences and functions to network and establish new leads
- Maintain a high level of communication with stores, Account Managers, Area Managers, and State Managers
- Help maintain and keep CRM database up to date

**Requirements**:

- Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
- Proven ability to achieve KPI’s.
- High level of customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great Time Management.
- Self-motivated and computer literate.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Understanding and interest in the Schoolwear industry.
- Australian Drivers Licence
