WesTrac are looking for a motivated Mining Support Manager to join our team in Mount Thorley.

Reporting to the Mining Business Manager, the Mining Support Manager is accountable for the overall ownership of the customer site relationship and execution of the aftermarket sales strategy for allocated customer group to maximise sales and service growth.

As a Mining Support Manager for WesTrac, you will lead a small team comprised of technical and account management experts to deliver a best in class and lowest total cost of ownership (TCO) fleet solution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work proactively with customer to identify aftermarket and technology sales opportunities and influence for future opportunities
- Account management (KPI reporting, issue resolution, account disputes) for allocated customers
- Development and execution of aftermarket sales strategy by site
- Proactively managing fleet performance and continuous improvement to drive TCO
- Proposal preparation delivery
- Contract negotiation at site level for aftermarket supply and service
- Develop and maintain a high performing team, driving safety and culture aligned to our Company values
- Continuous improvement projects to support site performance improvements
- Own site budget-two to three-year forecast
- Develop and maintain effective relationships and influence with senior site management

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce/Engineering or similar
- Experience successfully leading a sales team, ability to drive performance and accountability
- Understanding of Heavy Mining Equipment ‘Total Cost of Ownership’ modelling coupled with Commercial experience in the mining industry
- Proven communication, relationship development & negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Effective account management
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through with required actions
- Excellent customer service skills
