**About the role at Hireup**

Hireup for providers is a relatively new arm of the wider Hireup business. Starting in 2020, Hireup for Providers is Australia's most innovative staffing solution for NDIS and Aged Care Service Providers. Hireup for Providers supports service providers to fill rostering gaps, find specialised support workers for their clients and explore long term workforce solutions.

We are looking for a Relationship Coordinator as we start scaling, in particular onboarding many more providers and building more efficiency within the team

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
