**Relationships Coordinator**

This trusted and well-established organisation are seeking a Gifts in Wills Coordinator to join their small Bequests team.

Day to day this role will involve making a high volume of outbound call to engaged, confirmed donors to further develop relationships and ensure they are thanked for their crucial support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with existing donors daily via the phone, showing empathy and sensitivity
- Follow telephone scripts and participate in training opportunities
- Maintain accurate supporter data using their CRM database
- Generate personalised letters, cards, event invitations, and other communications to ensure donor recognition
- Work with your manager and team to meet KPI’s and ensure ongoing execution of the Gift in Wills strategy.

**Your skills & attributes**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role including high-volume outbound calls
- High level of customer service and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding telephone manner and strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and adaptable to sensitive conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to adapt complex messages to diverse audiences.
