**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team full-time (preferably located at our Sydney office but we will consider applicants based in Melbourne). As the primary point of contact for your designated accounts, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. Your success will hinge on your ability to comprehend client requirements, provide exceptional customer service, and adeptly communicate with clients. The designated accounts for this role are largely in the government sector (federal, state, and local), so exposure to that sector would be an advantage, as would familiarity with contracts administration.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
To excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate the following:
**Relationship Management**: Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across assigned accounts.
**Contracts Administration**: Attention to detail will be critical to support contract lifecycle management.
**Problem Solving**: Effective and innovative problem-solving skills focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional telephone manner.
**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in maintaining accurate records within a CRM system.
**Driver's License**: Current valid driver’s license required for occasional travel to client sites.
**Healthcare Experience**: Previous experience in healthcare is advantageous and highly regarded.
**AGSVA**: Willing (and eligible) to obtain baseline clearance if required
