The Client Services Coordinator will provide a consistently high level, warm, friendly, and professional experience for clients. High level of business, strategic and administrative support for the Sydney office. This is an opportunity to build on previous administrative and client services experience while developing relationships with our Advice Clients.

- Client Relationship management pre and post seminars to assist the team with business development activity and also in the retention of clients
- Re-engage prospective clients
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and products that may benefit clients and provide recommendations accordingly
- Collaboration with the advisors to develop and implement customised onboarding plans tailored to the client’s specific needs which can include preliminary meetings/calls to ascertain the client/prospects individual needs
- Customer service - building relationships with clients, first point of contact for clients and/visitor experience
- MS teams call coordination and all related correspondence
- Ongoing service agreement appointment process facilitator, client/diary management
- Provide administrative support to the office
To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Minimum 3 year experience in related field
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office
- Project Management experience preferable
- Experience working in a high paced environment will be highly regarded
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
