Based at the head office, the remit of this role includes providing day-to-day employee relations advice. You will act as the Employee Relations expert for the NSW market as well as ensuring consistency across the organisation nationwide within the ER remit. This role will provide you the opportunity lead on strategic projects.
You will work closely with the legal team to escalate any relevant matters and track all cases and reports on trends with the market.

**THE CRITERIA**
This is a highly commercial environment and it is essential that your background includes significant time at a managerial level in a competitive, dynamic organisation with a similarly strong focus on commercial and business objectives. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation as well as excellent skills in influencing and negotiation to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and customers. Ideally you will have previous experience working in a financial and professional services environment.
