**Your new role**
As an ER Manager you will lead the team and support the development and implementation of ER strategies, policies and procedures. You will also manage complex ER matters that might arise. Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Partner with other businesses in the implementation of ER strategies
- Lead the EBAs negotiations
- Provide employee and industrial relations advise
- Work closely with other team to manage ER incidents
- Coach and upskill other businesses in workplace relations, legislation, policies

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will demonstrate previous experience in the ER space in a large organisation, a big understanding in ER and IR matters, team leadership and management skills. You will have the ability to work in collaboration with other teams and deliver results; able to maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
