**THE ROLE**

As the Administration Officer you will provide a wide range of administrative and support functions. This role supports the Business Operations team, as well as the solicitors within the Legal Services Branch. Attention to detail, teamwork, agility and flexibility underpin success in this role as well as a demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Under general direction, provide assistance with office processes and corporate information systems such as records management, financial information, client payments and ministerial correspondence.
- Ensure data is accurate and complete when entering into systems.
- Answer queries in person or via the phone, provide timely advice and undertake general follow up action as required, including correctly redirecting incoming mail and queries.
