A new opportunity exists for a capable and competent Office Administrator to support the Electrical Technologies division in Port Melbourne.

The role requires you to support the General Manager and the wider team with varied administration tasks along with the day-to-day management and organisation of the office.

The ideal person for the job will be a proactive team player with strong attention to detail. You will have previous experience working in an office environment, solid administration experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to learn new systems.

**The Role**

**Primarily you will assume the following tasks and responsibilities**:

- General administration/office support
- Arrange travel for management
- Expense Management
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Prioritize daily workload
- Responding to queries and supporting key stakeholders within the business
- Adhoc administration

**About You**:

- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience using multiple systems
- You are a proactive self-starter with initiative
- Able to work autonomously or in a team
- Approachable, diligent, and reliable nature with a strong work ethic
