
Administration Officer

Part time position, three days per week
Salary range $37,200-$43,200 (including superannuation) plus bonus
(Equivalent full-time salary $62,000 to $72,000)
Energy Networks Australia (ENA) is the peak national body representing Australia’s gas
distribution and electricity transmission and distribution businesses. It is a key participant
in the development of a better understanding of energy issues across the entire Australian
community. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, the Administration Officer is responsible for
the finance administration and office management of the organisation. The position is
based in the Melbourne CBD.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**:
**» Finance Administration including**:
- Accounts payable and receivable;
- Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards; and
- Receive payments for ENA’s events.
**» Office Management including**:
- Reception duties including answering phone and welcoming visitors;
- liaising with IT service provider and building management;
- maintaining office requirements such as stationary; and
**Selection Criteria**:

1. Office administration and accounts payable/receivable experience;
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; and
5. High level of computer literacy; proficient in the Microsoft office suite and MYOB.
