**Senior Agile Coach**
- $1000-$1200 per day + super
- 6 month contract + potential extension
- NSW Government | based in Sydney CBD + WFH

**About the Role**:
This NSW Government Organisation is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive ongoing collaboration and an Agile mindset across the Digital Ways of Working (DWoW) program. From the product teams to the senior leadership team and everyone in between you will work closely with everyone across the program to help nurture a culture of continuous improvement. You will assist in helping establish key measures of success and work with the teams to help demonstrate the improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and play different roles depending on the maturity of the team's agile ways of working - for some teams it could be acting as a temporary product manager to get new practices established and for other teams acting as a coach
- Support the team by increasing customer-focus, or for a more established team helping them to further refine their ways of working.
- Act as a role model for agile (development) within the organisation
- Ensure all stakeholders understand the agile principles and the part they need to play to contribute to achieving successful outcomes for our customers.

**Key Skills**:

- Preferably first-hand experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master in a cross-disciplinary team with Product Managers, Designers, Content Designers, Engineers
- You are a natural servant leader, working with no agenda of your own to support those around you.
- You are an excellent facilitator, and able to educate in agile ways of working through a variety of training, mentoring and coaching techniques at any level of knowledge or seniority.
- You are highly effective at building partnerships within teams and across an organisation, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
- You have experience working in teams to solve challenging problems in a complex, enterprise environment.
