Job Description

We are looking for an Agile Coach to join our Product team, to coach and mentor agile teams through transformational change, drive engagement and deliver on key business objectives.

This role is responsible for leading the adoption and embedding of Agile ways of working across Cuscal, with a particular focus on standardising practices across the Product Division where they are beneficial to delivery outcomes. This is a highly visible role, with responsibilities sitting across four key areas:

1) Agile Strategy & Transformation

  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Agile principles and practices.
  • Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for Agile transformation.

2) Coaching & Enablement

  • Coach ELT, SLT, Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile teams.
  • Create tailored coaching plans aligned with team maturity and business goals.
  • Demonstrate Agile values and behaviors consistently to influence culture and practice.
  • Establish structured feedback mechanisms to refine coaching and Agile practices.

3) Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Design and deliver foundational and advanced Agile training programs.
  • Establish and lead role-based guilds to foster learning and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and enhance Agile resources such as the Agile Playbook and Coaching Guild.

4) Reporting and Insights

  • Establish clear metrics to measure Agile adoption, team maturity and delivery performance
  • Conduct assessments to benchmark and track Agile maturity across teams.
  • Identify, collect, and report on Agile practice metrics to assess adoption, maturity, and impact.

What can you bring?

  • Proven experience within the agile coaching space with preferable expertise in software development projects.
  • Hands on people management experience and a proven track record of coaching and mentoring agile teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
  • Proven ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Recognised Agile Coaching Certification (Scrum Alliance, , etc.)
  • Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance, , etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of Agile frameworks
