**How will I help?
**As the Agile Delivery Coach you will be responsible for working with LOBs and major programs to embed consistent, metric-driven, and effective scaled agile and support Westpac Ways of Working (WWoW).

**Your responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Collaborate with LOBs, helping project teams transition to consistent metric-driven and effective Agile WoW.
- Assist project teams in using agile methods to manage timelines and align with the overall strategy.
- Lead agile workshops for project teams and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by setting goals, assigning responsibility and providing training in partnership with the WWoW lead.
- Actively participate and contribute to the WWoW chapter activities
- Leverage WWoW playbook to deliver Agile training to all teams and leaders on best practice ceremonies and Agile practices.
- Drive cultural change by promoting an agile mindset and ensuring LOB compliance with industry best practice.
- Facilitate LOB learning and development for individuals and teams to enhance agile skills.
- Educate/Coach our people around their own roles including the responsibilities of the people and teams around them.
- Facilitate agile events, ceremonies and workshops to help ensure they are effective and support squads / villages and LOB’s.
- Communicating and collaborating with product owners, delivery leads, service owners, village leads, squads and other stakeholders.
- Leading and supporting teams in delivering agile projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks. Impementing and improving the delivery practices and processes within the organization

**What do I need?**
- At least 5 years of experience as a Delivery Coach, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or similar role ideally in a financial services environment
- Certification as an agile coach or Scrum Master
- A strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Proven track record of successfully implementing agile techniques in diverse work cultures and environments.
- A customer-centric, result-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in managing agile projects of varying size and complexity.
- An understanding of large, complex organisation dynamics and how change is managed within
- Strong leadership experience including the coaching, mentoring and developing of talent within teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in coaching at a large organisation or Fortune 500 company.
- A relevant degree or certification in project management, software engineering, or related fields is desirable but not essential
