Rabobank’s The Continuous Improvement Team is part of the Technology and Operations business unit. The role of the Continuous Improvement Team is to help achieve this vision through large scale projects and Learning Programs to increase employees’ capabilities and through coaching teams to improve through Lean Six Sigma, Agile and FOCUS Ways of Working.

The Continuous Improvement team has an opening in Sydney for an energetic Agile Coach. You will join a highly engaged team who work in a hybrid mix of working from home and the Rabobank CBD office. As Agile Coach you will be responsible for driving the adaptation of an Agile way of working amongst Tribes and Squads as well as coaching them in order to become more autonomous teams.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Providing coaching on Agile practices and mindset to all members of the Tribe building and guarding an Agile culture of continuous improvement and feedback
- Facilitating learning and development through individual and team coaching, deliver training, facilitate workshops and off-sites
- Ensuring teams take ownership of both their delivery objectives as well as their Agile Journey, practices and mindset
- Creating upfront agreement on team learning and development objective with Squads and Tribe leadership (coaching agreements with Squads and leadership)
- Grow in Sprints - creating a culture where personal growth and learning are part of the daily routine
- Continuous alignment on the Rabobank Agile way of working and coach approach with other coaches in and outside the Tribe
- Assisting squads with backlog management
- Network with the Continuous Improvement community to learn and share knowledge in a collaborative environment

**About you**:

- Demonstrable experience in Agile and High Performing Team coaching
- Proven experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies, training and workshops
- Success in Agile and Scaled Agile Transformations
- Able to create an environment of trust, sharing and experimenting
- Achieve the best result by empowering and giving teams responsibility, create psychological safety and show vulnerability
- Ability and experience delivering Lean Six Sigma White Belt training and certification coaching
- Agile Certifications - Professional Scrum Master / Professional Product Owner
