This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Agile Coach to join one of the world's top 20 insurance and reinsurance companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's journey to move towards an Agile way of working.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide teams in the Agile methodology
- Build and coach on agile mindsets and behaviours in a way that ensures full team engagement
- Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the team
- Coaching the team in self-organisation and cross-functionality, ensuring that the team is prioritised over the individual
- Help support and guide a community of practice
- Assist in the development of workshops, presentations and other events to increase capability uplift in Agile ways of working

**About you**
- Minimum of 3 years experience solely as an Agile Coach
- Extensive Insurance, Reinsurance and/or Financial Services industry experience
- Must be SAFe Certified
- Can constructively challenge the status quo to enable positive change and enjoy working in a changing environment
- Must be able to work with immaturity i.e. colleagues who are new to Agile and Scrum
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have a practical mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
