**About the role**:

- Providing technical support across the company
- Timely responses to service issues and requests
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printer and scanners
- Backup monitoring and management
- Office365 and one drive management
- Knowledge of managed switching, network patching, firewalls and routers - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards
- Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server - preferred but not essential, however, willing to work towards

**About you**:

- Experience in a similar role for 2 years - preferred but not essential
- Tertiary IT qualifications - or willing to work towards
- Microsoft certification - or willing to work towards
- Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence - driving to different locations is a necessity
