**Requirements**:
You will work with the CRM specialist to develop and execute communication plans using a world-leading CRM platform. You will put the user first and use your marketing and analytical skills to optimise our business performance. In working directly with the CRM specialist, you will be part of a small Australian team, and exposed to all our marketing from TV campaigns to digital marketing.

**What you’ll do**:

- Good eye for design and copy
- Run A/B tests on campaigns and optimise accordingly
- Monitor & track campaign performance
- Regularly report back to the team on CRM performance, key findings and future recommendations
- Showcase writing, communication and presentation skills
- Always be on your feet and adapt to changing environments and unforeseen circumstances

**What will make you successful at ClearScore**
- A diploma or degree in commerce, marketing or similar
- 1 to 2 years of marketing experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to take ownership of projects
- Good eye for design, copywriting and analytical skills
- Experience with HTML is a plus
