**About You**:

- Experienced Case Manager (min 3 years clinical experience)
- Allied Health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Exercise Physiology
- Professional membership (AHPRA/ ASORC/ ESSA etc)
- Experience working within compensable schemes (predominantly workers compensation and motor accidents)
- Super organised and motivated to work unsupervised
- Keen interest in complex injury/disability management, particularly within neurological sector
- Drivers license, good driving record and willingness to travel for work
- willingness to work part time hours across min 4 days per week

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of highly experiences and passionate Allied Health Professionals within the complex injury management space. Every day is a new experience however may look like:

- One off assessments
- Case management (tracking progress, goal setting, organising services and funded supports for our participants)
- Managing your own time (including flexibility in hours)
- Reporting and communication with new and/or existing teams
- setting up participants at home for hospital discharges
- No NDIS work

As a team we have been growing and we are looking for a Rehabilitation Counsellor / Psychologist who is dedicated to their profession to join our collaborative team of Allied Health Professionals. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
