Our Programmed business in Burswood has a newly created role for an IT Purchasing Officer on an initial contract basis. You'll work with a supportive manager and one other IT Procurement Officer in this team - both will look after you when you start.

The key points you'll want to know:

- This role would be working 38 hours per week, but we are really flexible in terms of how you do them. Partial work from home, flexible start/finish times - whatever suits you best.
- We're based in Burswood - there is public transport right near our office, and free parking within 5 minutes walk of the office. There's also paid parking right outside if you prefer.
- We're walking distance to Vic Park's best coffee shops and restaurants. We're also near the river, so on a nice sunny day you can go eat your lunch down there
- We offer other cool stuff when you work here - opportunities to go AFL/AFLW matches as part of our Fremantle Dockers sponsorship, great team outings - just a great vibe in the office.

On to the job itself. This team is responsible for all our IT equipment. When a new person starts here, they need a laptop, phone, docking station. You're part of the team who arranges it, so you'll be responsible for ordering all of our new ICT equipment and all the back office stuff that goes with it (invoicing, purchase reqs etc).

What we are ideally after from you:

- Good computer literacy skills
- Works well independently with limited supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Structured approach and detail orientated
- Procurement, accounting, accounts payable or receivable is an advantage
- ERP (Navision, D365, SAP) experience desirable.
- Up to date police check - supplied prior to starting
