PERSOLKELLY are currently working with various Clients across the Perth Metro area who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Procurement and Purchasing Specialists to join their teams

PERSOLKELLY are currently working with various Clients across the Perth Metro area who are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Procurement and Purchasing Specialists to join their teams.

Location: Perth - Various locations - Welshpool, Malaga and Canning Vale

Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri

Pay Rate: Dependant on role but approx. $40 - $55ph + Super

Duration: Roles varying from short term temp assignments of approx. 2 - 3 months to longer term assignments with the possibility of permanency

**These Roles will include but not be limited to**:

- Responsible for sourcing and purchasing all raw materials and consumables for the business
- Conduct initial sourcing, quotation, and negotiation of goods across various suppliers
- Maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors.
- Preparation of RFQ's tender evaluation and evaluation reports
- Assist with negotiation and recommendation
- Obtaining Purchase Orders and receipting of goods
- Sourcing new and replacement products and taking initiative to make improvements.
- Preparing documentation by updating internal administration catalogues and systems.
- Creating Purchase requisitions and ensuring the transition to purchase order is completed efficiently

**Experience Required**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with SAP and / or MYOB
- Strong understanding of contracts, sourcing and buying
- Experience in Subcontract procurement
- Good work ethic and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to pick up systems quickly and easily.
- Intermediate EXCEL skill level
