**Role Type**: 12-month part time contract (22.8 hours per week)
**Salary**: $107,589 - $121,045 p.a (pro rata) plus superannuation
**The opportunity**:
The Extremely Preterm Infant Centre of Research Excellence (EPIC CRE) is dedicated to improving outcomes for babies born preterm and their families. We support cutting-edge research, education, and policy development to make a difference. We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a CRE Project Coordinator (0.6 FTE, negotiable), reporting directly to Professor Jeanie Cheong and the EPIC CRE leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in coordination, communication, and administration while working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders.
**Your responsibilities include**:
**Administrative and Coordination Support**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the CRE Executive and subcommittees, including organising meetings and coordinating project activities to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
**Event Planning**: Assist in organising workshops, education events, and conferences, including annual Research Connection conferences with the Consumer Advisory Group (CAG).
**Communication and Reporting**: Develop newsletters, written reports, and other communications that highlight the CRE's activities, ensuring they align with funding guidelines and reach key stakeholders.
**Digital Communications**: Manage website and social media content to promote EPIC CRE’s work, in collaboration with communications teams.
**People and Culture**: Help with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff and students, liaising with Human Resources and leadership.
**Point of Contact**: Act as the first point of contact for all EPIC CRE inquiries, both online and via phone.
**What we need from you**:
Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or related fields.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with digital content management and social media is a plus.
