**About the Role**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the Indigenous Development team and the Student Experience team. As the Project Coordinator, Indigenous Development, you will have the chance to contribute to reducing Indigenous health inequity and improving health outcomes. You will work closely with the Associate Dean Indigenous and collaborate with a dedicated team on various projects and programs focused on Indigenous student support, cultural safety, global initiatives, research, and teaching and learning. Additionally, you will play a key role in nurturing relationships with students, organising events, and enhancing the digital presence of Indigenous student support services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of projects in guided by the Faculty’s strategy Advancing Health 2030
- Provide administrative advice and support to the Indigenous Development team
- Deliver expert service and advice to stakeholders of Faculty Indigenous development to support the development and implementation of projects
**Who We Are Looking For**
You are a highly organised and proactive individual, skilled in project coordination, capable of managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines effectively. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders successfully.
You will also have:
- A relevant bachelor in health or education, and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Relevant experience in project development and co-ordination, specifically health and/or education projects
- A demonstrated familiarity, sensitivity and respect for the different needs, aspirations and cultures of Indigenous societies
