**Full Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabric Selection _
- Work in collaboration with the Product Team on new and existing fabrics.
- Create new and existing specification sheets for fabrics.
- Assess the performance of fabrics and liaise information to the Product Team.
- Maintain a critical path timeline with Designers and Operations Team.
- Nominate suitable fabrics for Designers.
- Technical Packs _
- Develop technical packs for garments.
- Share technical packs with suppliers and the Product Team.
- Organise fit sessions.
- Assist the Design Team with all in-bound and out samples.
- Record corrections and liaise issues to suppliers.
- Manage all construction details related to garments.
- Present technical packs and samples to management for review and approval.
- Fabric Costing _
- Identify opportunities for fabric cost without composing quality.
- Negotiate with new and existing suppliers for cost and production improvements.
- Present cost savings and garment improvements to the Design Team and management.

**About You**:

- You will have experience in a similar role.
- You will have a degree or equivalent diploma in Fashion Design (preferred, not essential).
- You will have intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
- You will have a high level of attention to detail.
- You will have exceptional time management and interpersonal skills.
- You will extensively understand fabric qualities, functions, and limitations.
- You are enthusiastic about being active and enjoy wearing activewear
