**The Role**:
This experienced Garment Technician will be responsible for ensuring exceptional fit and technical construction for all garments across multiple categories of this beautiful womenswear label. Working with a team of collaborative, friendly, and welcoming designers, buyers, and technicians, this role joins at a crucial time of expansion and elevation for the business.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Creating tech packs, spec and grading sheets, and setting up grading specs and block libraries for efficient internal operations.
- Liaising with suppliers and optimising processes for smoother development timelines and higher garment quality.
- Fit and approval of all pre-production, shipping and bulk samples according to set grading and quality standards.
- Assisting with conducting fit sessions and sending out fit comments to suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Production team across Quality Control, managing issues and liaising directly with suppliers for clear communication.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- 3 - 5+ years of experience in a similar technical design role.
- Strongly skilled in developing high quality specs, tech packs, and grading sheets.
- Sound knowledge of fabrics, trims, and materials as well as garment construction and patterns.
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with offshore suppliers.
- Time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a self-directed environment.
