We're looking for a Junior Garment Technician to join the Rockwear team in early 2025.

In this role, you will be supporting the Garment Technician team within the Production department and work closely with Product Managers.
This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

THE ROLE
- Measure and inspect samples for workmanship, fit and sizing
- Assisting fitting session with our garment tech team & product managers, preparing samples, taking note on any issues regarding fit or workmanship and communicate the relevant information with suppliers
- Update production schedule as fit sand shipping sample approvals occur
- Work closely with the Senior Garment Technician and production team to ensure effective workflow
- Assist Product & Production Teams in technical queries
- Day-to-day administrative tasks as required by the Product Team

ABOUT YOU
- Technical knowledge in garment construction
- Experience in women’s fashion preferred but not essential
- High energy and motivation to get the job done
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver within deadlines
- Proficient computer literacy skills in Excel
