**Your new role**

This position requires strong skills in assessing the impacts of administrative change across multiple teams and developing clear, people-focused processes and procedures that drive engagement and ensure readiness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Organisational Change Manager, Business Transition Project Manager, and business teams to complete impact assessments that inform change and communication plans
- Create high-quality change deliverables including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, procedures, workflows, and training materials
- Assess and interpret how project changes affect people, systems, processes, and business units
- Support the design and development of engaging communication materials such as intranet content, news posts, videos, quick guides, and other change-related products
- Contribute to change management activities including training, user acceptance testing, and obtaining signoffs for implemented solutions

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**What you’ll need to excel**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in change management
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks and disciplines
- Change Management or Communications certification is desired
- M365 suite experience (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- CANVA/Adobe Express experience with or ability to learn how to design and publish intranet pages
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and communication skills are essential
