**The Role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the end-to-end responsibilities of Accounts Payable.

Some typical duties will involve:

- Maintain high level of customer service
- Maintain High Volume Mailbox
- Management of all aspects of the AP function across multiple entities, ensuring invoices, approvals and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Meet deadlines for payment of creditors
- Handle internal and supplier queries
- Assist with preparation of weekly reporting and month end
- Identify and correct any errors and system issues that arise
- Ad-Hoc Duties as requested

**Your Profile**

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:

- Strong accounts payable experience, 'end-to-end'
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Previous experience using an Expense Management System
