**The Company**

Company based in Inner South of Sydney and is currently seeking for a bright and hands on Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced but ambitious Accounts Payable Officer who's coming from engineering / manufacturing background to join dynamic & supportive firm. This is a temporary to permanent role.

**The Role**
- Processing timely and accurate high volume of approved invoices for payments to vendors and employees
- Full function Accounts Payable duties
- Bank reconciliations of trading bank accounts
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable records, confidentiality of organizational information and existing controls
- Support with the month-end closing process - production of P&L, Balance Sheet reconciliations and expense analysis
- Clarifying any questionable invoice items, responding to invoice/payment queries from other stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties

**Your Profile**

- Proven end to end experience as Accounts Payable Officer
- Ideally coming out of manufacturing/engineering background
- SAP experience is a plus
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
